Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
Access Until Period Ends
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
No Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will not renew at the end of the period
Downgrade to Free
After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier
How to Cancel
- Log in to your W account
- Go to Settings page
- Click "Cancel Subscription" in the subscription section
- Confirm your cancellation
You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Refund Policy
No Refunds Policy
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We offer a generous free tier so you can fully evaluate the service before subscribing.
Why No Refunds?
- Free tier lets you test 5 workflows with 10 runs/day - no commitment
- You can evaluate the full experience before paying
- Subscriptions are yearly at affordable prices (₹499-1,999/year)
- You can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals

We encourage you to fully evaluate W before subscribing:
- Use the free tier (10 runs/day, 5 workflows) with no commitment
- Test workflows with your own API key
- Take your time - free tier never expires
- Subscribe only when you're confident it meets your needs
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions:
- Service was unavailable for extended periods due to our fault
- Billing errors on our part (duplicate charges, wrong amount)
