1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using W - Workflow Automation ("the Service"), operated by Devloy Tech ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

W - Workflow Automation is a web-based platform that provides pre-built AI workflow templates for productivity tasks. The Service allows users to execute AI-powered workflows using their own API keys from third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic Claude).

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information
One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. API Keys

To execute workflows, you must provide your own API keys from supported AI providers:

You are solely responsible for your API keys and their usage
We store your API keys securely but do not take responsibility for charges incurred
You must comply with the terms of service of the AI providers
Never share your API keys with others
You may delete your API keys from our system at any time

5. Subscription and Payments

Free tier: 6 workflows, 10 runs per day
Starter tier (₹499/year): 18 workflows, 30 runs per day
Growth tier (₹999/year): 41 workflows, 100 runs per day
Scale tier (₹1,999/year): All workflows, unlimited runs
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
Subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew unless cancelled
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
Reverse engineer or extract our workflow templates
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all workflow templates, code, design, and content, is owned by Devloy Tech and protected by intellectual property laws.

Workflow templates are proprietary and may not be copied or extracted
Output generated using your inputs belongs to you
You grant us no rights to your input data or generated output

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs
Fitness for any particular purpose
That the Service will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVLOY TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
API charges incurred through the Service
Decisions made based on AI-generated output
Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms and Conditions
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse the Service or other users
Fail to pay subscription fees

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
